About Vivian
Hi, I’m Vivian-Raquel Dayan — Founder of Journey with VRD.
My story began long before the sold-out retreats, global clients, and signature frameworks you see today.
At twelve years old, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease — and it became my first initiation into understanding the deeper language of the body.
When your body breaks down at that age, you start asking different questions. I wanted to know why. Why does the body hold emotion? Why do we manifest illness, stress, and limitation?
That curiosity led me, years later, into a neuroscience class in college that completely shifted the way I viewed reality.
I learned that the brain doesn’t simply respond to the world — it creates it. Every thought, belief, and emotion sends a signal, shaping how we experience life. That was the bridge between science and spirituality I had been searching for — and it became the foundation of my life’s work.
Fast forward to the pandemic — one of my closest friends asked me to help her manifest love.
I taught her how to align her energy, clear subconscious blocks, and embody the frequency of what she desired. Within months, she met her person and created the relationship she’d always dreamed of.
Word spread organically, and within months I was fully booked with private clients. Not long after, I was leading sold-out manifestation retreats, helping high-achieving women and visionaries step into a new paradigm of success — one rooted in alignment, embodiment, and energetic precision.
That’s how Journey with VRD was born.
